In the context of providing the AI Chat Service, Lilo collects the data mentioned in the table below.
When a User submits personal information in their Requests, it may be reproduced in the Results, but no one (neither Lilo nor the model providers) can determine whether it was that specific User who submitted the Request or someone else. Lilo commits to not cross-referencing this Request with other data.
Additionally, Lilo has entered into an agreement with Groq to ensure that data from requests is never used to train their artificial intelligence models. The models used are open-source models, hosted in Groq's data centers. Requests and data transmitted by Users are processed solely to produce the requested response. They are neither stored nor used for training, model improvement, or any other purpose. (Zero Data Retention)

Who are our partners?
We transmit your Requests to a third-party provider operating LLM models locally, and to the partner search engine (Staan). Regarding our provider Groq, the LLMs are hosted within the nearest data centre: Helsinki, Finland. You can consult our partner's privacy policy here.
We also transmit your Requests to our advertising partner Lemrock. The AI Chat Service also uses Google AdSense, an advertising distribution service managed by Google Ireland Limited. As such, Google places cookies on your device and collects browsing data (IP address, cookie identifier, pages visited) in order to display advertisements tailored to your interests. This processing is subject to your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time via our consent manager.
